We understand that buying an e-scooter can be tempting, especially as you can buy them from many popular retailers. The law states that you can buy one but it is illegal to ride it on a UK public road, cycle lane or pavement. The only place an E-Scooter can be legally ridden is on private land.
Students are therefore prohibited from using an E-Scooter to come to and from school. Any E-Scooters seen in school will be confiscated and parents / carers contacted to collect them. Below is a leaflet with more information, we hope you find it useful.
