Congratulations to the Year 7 boys Sports Hall Athletics Team for competing in the County Sports Hall event on Tuesday 25th April
The boys finished in first place at the city event last month and qualified to represent Derby City at the County event. The boys performed exceptionally well in all the track and field events, taking first place in the paarlauf, 6 laps and both relays.
The boys finished in silver medal position just missing out on 1st place to West Park.
We are super proud how all the boys behaved throughout the day, showed immense tenacity, resilience, performed to the highest level and were an absolute credit to DCS. Well done boys!
